Refund policy

14-day return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To start, email lover@standgirls.com with your order number and reason for returning. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.

Items in good condition

For non-defective returns, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with any original tags. Please include proof of purchase. If you selected the wrong size or changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered. Include clear photos and your order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution. If a return is required for a confirmed defect, damage, or incorrect item, STAND GIRLS covers the return shipping cost.

Return instructions

We will confirm the correct return address and any shipping instructions for your specific order. Do not send items to a print provider, an address on the package, or an address from an older page without our instructions. Items sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Personalized items and gift cards

Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind. Gift cards are non-returnable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not exclude claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Contact us before arranging an exchange. For a different size or design, the usual process is an approved return followed by a separate order.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us.

Your consumer rights
